Red Velvet Cupcakes

Two days before New Year's Eve, I was craving for Red Velvet Cupcakes. I didn't want to buy from the store because its too pricey and sooooooo....I decided to make my own Red Velvet Cupcakes. When I bake cupcakes or cakes for special occasions, I usually use a cake mix since its hassle free and its very easy to follow. I am scared to bake from scratch because I might not do it properly or worse the product will taste really bad.
Nevertheless, its the last day of the year and I am willing and open to take a risk. My dilemma with cake mix for baking cupcakes or cake is that when you eat or slice the cake or cupcakes it easily breaks into cake crumbs. I diligently sought for a recipe that will help make red velvet cupcakes from scratch with a professional quality. I am so fortunate to come across the video of Georgetown cupcakes. To sum it all up, my red velvet was a success. The red velvet cupcakes was super moist, the frosting was not too sweet, and the quality of the cupcakes was amazing!
Below is the ingredients and the video of how to make these lovely and yummy red velvet cupcakes, please try and you will enjoy making and eating it!
