Fertility Clinic Visit #3 "Saline Ultrasound and Endometrial Biopsy"

   I went down at the Fertility Institute of Hawaii a few weeks ago for my Saline Ultrasound and Endometrial Biopsy. The Saline Ultrasound was for checking my uterus if there's no problems with it. The endometrial biopsy was for checking my endometrial lining to make sure there's no cancer developing. However, Aunt Flow (my period) was too bad that my medical practitioner, Sarah, was having a hard time.

   I had such a horrible time during the procedure. I had bad cramps the whole time. I don't want to elaborate what happened just google it since its very awkward to discuss it here. It was frustrating and disappointing that I traveled 4 hours back and forth for nothing. I was in great pain when I went out from the exam room. I had my blood test done that added to the pain that I was already feeling.

  When I got to Laie and was riding my bike going home, Sarah called me to tell me that she showed Dr. Bergen-Chen my ultrasound photos and that she wants me to go into surgery. I was so nervous and was still quite groggy from the painful experience. However, I will do my best just to hold my little baby boy or baby girl.

2nd blood test..Ouch!
