Raphael and Pateet: 2017: Change is Coming

W-O-W! Year 2016 was definitely a tough year for us. We had a rough start but, I am glad we finished strong. Looking back, we sure did learn a lot and, when I say "a lot"...I mean "A LOOOOOT".

We didn't really get to travel last year because of some financial issues we had to deal with the past year but, nonetheless, we finished really strong. We can definitely say that we are starting to feel the stability we've been working on since we went home to the Philippines. We felt the loving tender mercies of our Heavenly Father and Savior, Jesus Christ. The latter moments of year 2016 got us reflecting at one of the principles we've learned.

"As long as you are NOT doing anything bad to someone else, you will ALWAYS be blessed. No matter how tiring and scary the challenge is, the Lord's hand will always be there."

We stumbled many times and have experienced the struggle of how we will manage to get by. However, Heavenly Father's mercy is always at hand. We felt His love so many times. We knew that the only one who would be able to lift us up is our Father in Heaven. We are grateful for his unwavering love not only for us, but for all His children.

This year we will devote our time to serving our God, each other, family, friends, and our fellowmen. We would also strive to collect more memories by traveling and creating new experiences. We are excited for what year 2017 has in store for us and you.

We have tons of exciting things to look forward this 2017. We will definitely be traveling and blogging more. We are trying to commit to one blog post per week. We will post anything about life, travel, and food. We aren't into fashion but, we will try to at least do some OOTDs. Another great thing ahead of us is that, we have agreed to transform our extra room to my vanity and personal reflection room. I'm so happy Rap agreed to it. He will help me redecorate and repaint areas of the room.

New Hair for 2017

Sooooo!!! We are so happy for another year in our lives and we can't wait to begin another adventurous year (minus any activity that will end our lives. lol!). On a loving note, we are planning to have a baby this year. In God's perfect time, we will be blessed with one. We love you and we will be cheering for all of us.
